1. Services

We provide non-clinical workspace assessments covering ergonomics, lighting, layout, and related comfort factors. See our Disclaimer.

2. Quotes and payment

Prices on the website are indicative in AUD inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A binding quote is provided before payment or visit. Payment terms are stated on your invoice.

3. Bookings and access

You agree to provide safe access to agreed areas, disclose hazards (pets, renovations, electrical issues), and ensure an adult is present during on-site visits.

4. Cancellations

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. See Consumer Guarantees.

6. Website use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful material.

7. Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Liveliveearth. Audit reports are licensed for your personal or internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for non-consumer claims is limited to fees paid for the relevant service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under the ACL.

10. Governing law
