Our services are supplied to consumers in Australia under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Consumer guarantees for services
When you purchase a home office audit from us, services must be:
- Provided with due care and skill
- Fit for any disclosed purpose you told us about
- Delivered within a reasonable time when no time is set
If something goes wrong
If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a re-supply of the service, partial refund, or refund depending on the failure. Contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly.
What our policies do not do
Our Cancellation Policy and Terms of Use do not exclude, restrict, or modify consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
