- Identity & contact: name, email, phone, suburb, and address when you enquire or book an audit
- Service information: room notes, photos you provide, and observations recorded during audits
- Communications: messages sent via our contact form or email
- Payment-related: billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
- Technical: IP address, device/browser type, and analytics data where you consent to cookies
Where practicable, we collect personal information directly from you. If you do not provide required information, we may be unable to provide services.
